Common issues

• Can’t download: make sure you are using the same browser as the payment, and check whether you reached the 5-download limit;
• Corrupt file: provide your order number; after verification we will re-issue the file or arrange a refund;
• Refund request: please read the Refund Policy first, then submit your request;
• Commercial license: describe your use case; we will confirm the scope in writing after discussion.
